Return and Exchange Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:
At Trendix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@etrendix.com for assistance.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in sellable condition, and with the original price tag attached. No damage or signs of wear.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or delay returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Period Underwear:

  • No returns on opened packages due to hygiene reasons.
  • First Order Assurance: For your initial purchase of Period Underwear, we provide a no-risk return option within the first 30 days of the purchase date. Opt for a size exchange without any additional costs, or request a standard refund, which will exclude costs for original shipping, restocking, and banking fees.
  • Multiple Pairs: If purchasing multiple pairs, only open one to ensure satisfaction. Unopened pairs are returnable.

Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at info@etrendix.com with your name, order ID, and a description of the issue, including photos/videos. We offer a full refund under these circumstances.

Sizing Concerns:
Choosing the right size can be challenging, especially for new or teen buyers. To accurately measure your hip size, you'll need a soft measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler. For guidance on finding the right fit, please contact us at info@etrendix.com.

Returning Items:

  1. Email us with your Order ID and the details of the item(s) you're returning, including photos and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll provide you with a return address. Please cover the postage costs and send the item back to us using a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  3. Upon approval, we'll process your exchange or issue a refund (excluding original shipping, restocking, and banking fees).

Refund and Exchange Processing Time:

  • Refunds: Allow up to four weeks for processing. After review, the credit will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
  • Exchanges: Allow up to four weeks for the replacement to be processed and shipped the next day after approval.

Incorrect Address or Order Changes:
If you've entered the wrong address or need to modify your order, email us immediately at info@etrendix.com. We'll try to make adjustments before dispatch. For dispatched orders, a refund application will be necessary. Note that we typically dispatch orders on the same day.
