Satisfaction Guarantee

At Trendix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us at info@etrendix.com for support with returns or exchanges.


🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags/packaging.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or delay returns in cases of fraud or abuse.


🩸 Period Underwear Policy

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on opened period underwear.

However, we offer a First Order Assurance for your first pair:

  • Free Size Exchange within 30 days

  • 💸 Refund Available (minus shipping, restocking, and banking fees)

If you purchase multiple pairs, open only one to try. Unopened pairs are returnable.


⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or incorrect:

  1. Email info@etrendix.com with your order number, issue description, and photo/video evidence.

  2. We'll issue a full refund or replacement once verified.

📦 How to Return

  1. Email info@etrendix.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Photo(s) of the product

    • Reason for return

  2. We’ll send the return address if eligible.

  3. Ship your return using tracked shipping (customer pays return shipping).

  4. Upon approval, we’ll issue a refund or send an exchange.


⏱️ Processing Times

  • Refunds: Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing. Refunds appear within 1–2 billing cycles.

  • Exchanges: Shipped the next business day after return approval.
