Yes, refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date, provided that the original price tag is securely attached and the item is in an unused and sellable condition, with no damage or wear/tear. (See exceptions below for period underwear.)

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any opened package returns on period underwear. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you purchase one unit of one style for your first purchase.
We offer a risk-free return for your first order within 30 days of the order date. No questions asked, no ifs, and no buts! If you ordered the wrong size of Period Underwear, we will send you a different pair at no extra cost or offer you a standard refund (excluding original shipping fees, disposal, and banking fees).
If you purchased multiple pairs of Period Underwear, open, wash, and wear only one pair to make sure you love them. That way, any unopened packages from the same order are also eligible for returns. We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

3 Easy Steps to return
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID. Indicate the item(s) you are returning, along with photos and the reason for your return.
We will email you a return address label in PDF format. Print it out and stick it on the shipping box, pay for postage, and send us back the item(s) you are requesting for exchange or refund, with a tracking postal code.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate your exchange or issue you a standard refund (excluding original shipping fees and banking fees).
Refund: Please allow up to four weeks from the day the package is mailed for refunds to be processed. After we review your returned item(s) and confirm that it is in a sellable condition, credit to your account should appear within one to two billing statements.
Exchange: Please allow up to four weeks from the day the package is mailed for the replacement to be processed. After we review your returned items and confirm they are in a sellable condition, we will send you the replacement the next day.
If you input the incorrect delivery address at checkout or wish to cancel or adjust the order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by email: email@example.com. We will endeavor to adjust or cancel the order before it is dispatched, but if the order has already been dispatched, then you will need to apply for a refund. Please note that we normally dispatch your ordered items on the same day you order.
