Can I return for a Refund or Exchange?
- Yes, refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order date.
- You may return an item if the original price tag is securely attached, and there is no damage or wear/tear to the item(s) at unused & sellable condition. See Exception below for Period Underwear.
- Refunds are generally returned in the original payment method.
- We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Full Refund at no extra cost under the following condition:

First Pair Risk-Free Return Policy for Period Underwear
We offer a First Pair Risk-Free Return for your first order within 30 days of order date. No ifs and No buts. No questions asked! If you ordered the wrong size of Period Underwear, we’ll send you a different pair at no extra cost or offer you a standard refund (excluding original shipping fees, disposal and banking fees).
If your first order included multiple pairs of Period Underwear: open, wash & wear ONE PAIR ONLY to be sure you love them. That way, any unopened packages from the same purchase are also eligible for returns.
We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
What if I am not sure about the Size?
We understand picking out new underwear can be tricky, especially if you’re buying for a teen. Different brands fit differently and we don’t always know what size to get or how it will fit. We’re here to help every step of the way. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to walk through your options and answer any questions.
To measure your hip size, you’ll need either a soft measuring tape or a piece of string or cord and a ruler.
Exception on Period Underwear
Besides the First Pair purchase where we offer Risk-Free Return, we don’t accept returns on Period Underwear. This is for hygiene reasons as it’s period underwear after all. We strongly suggest that you purchase a unit of one style on your first purchase.
3 Easy Steps to return
- Email us at email@example.com with your Order ID. Indicate the item(s) you are returning with photos and the reason for your return.
- We will email you with the return address label in pdf. Print and stick it on the shipping box, pay for postage, and send us back the item(s) you are requesting for exchange or refund with tracking postal code.
- When your return is approved, we’ll initiate your exchange or issue your standard refund (excluding original shipping fees and banking fees).
How soon will I receive Refunds or Exchange?
- Refund: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day the package is mailed for refunds to be processed. After we review your returned item(s) and confirm it is at sellable condition, credit to your account should appear within 1~2 billing statements.
- Exchange: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day the package is mailed for the replacement to be processed. After we review your returned items and confirm it is at sellable condition, we will send you the replacement on the next day.
Input the wrong address at checkout?
If you input the incorrect delivery address at the checkout, or wish to cancel or adjust the order post purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to adjust or cancel the order before it is dispatched, but if the order is already dispatched, then you will need to apply for a refund. Please note we normally dispatch your ordered items in the same day you order.
