It works! 2 hours swimming on my heavy 2nd day

I didn't believe this but on my 2 weeks Summer holiday to Bali, I had no other choice but to try because it's either this or absolute waste of one week on the bench without swimming. OMG, it worked. I first tested it on my bathtub alone and gained confidence. 2 hours active swimming was no problem at all !
